Service Desk and Desktop Support Officer in MALVERN, South Australia
This key role is responsible for the provision of a professional Service Desk support facility to the organisation. Experienced in troubleshooting and provision of software support for desktop applications including MS Office and Outlook and skilled in the installation and maintenance of desktop hardware.
This is an ideal role for a customer focused individual with sound communication skills and ability to clearly communicate with customers of varied competencies.
Your advanced knowledge of desktop applications together with relevant tertiary qualification or Cert IV with some experience in an IT support role are essential for you to be successful in this role.
