Beautiful house in Unley, large room with ensuite & walk in robe in MALVERN, South Australia for sale

The house: Beautiful house/ cottage in the heart of Unley, opposite Unley shopping centre and super close to the city. Easy parking and great public transport links. The house is gorgeous with a small backyard and a large open plan kitchen/ dining/ living room which is a modern extension. l am moving country so I am looking to find someone to fill my room. I have a big bedroom with walk in robes and an ensuite bathroom. I can offer it furnished or unfurnished.
The people: So currently there are two guys living in the house – Brent, (30s works in horticulture) and Ivan (mid 20s, Dentist). We are pretty social – we enjoy wine, cooking, music, friends etc. Probably looking for someone who usually keeps it relatively quiet during the week then enjoys the weekend. We are both very relaxed but we do like to keep a clean house.
